Instagram Data Deletion

When an artist connects an Instagram account, INKKOO stores only the account handle and the post images the artist explicitly chooses to import. You can delete this data at any time using any of the methods below.

1. Disconnect Instagram only

In the app, go to My Info → Instagram → Disconnect. The stored Instagram access token stops being used immediately, and imported post images disappear from your library. Those images are permanently deleted from our servers and storage after 30 days. Reconnecting the same Instagram account before then restores them.

2. Remove the app from Instagram

You can also remove INKKOO under Apps and Websites in your Instagram settings. When Meta sends us the deauthorization or data deletion request, we delete the connection and the imported images for that Instagram account.

3. Delete your INKKOO account

In the app, go to My Info → Delete Account. Your account data, including the Instagram connection and imported images, is kept for 30 days so it can be restored, then permanently deleted. Signing in again within 30 days restores the account. Data we are legally required to retain is described in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy.

4. Request by email

If you cannot use the app, email contact@inkkoo.com with your Instagram handle and we will delete the data without undue delay after verifying the request.
